For individual daily dive bookings at our Zanzibar (Nungwi) base, payment is simply due in full upon arrival. However, to secure a booking at our Pemba base, a group booking, or any Dive & Stay package, a 50% down payment is required to confirm your spot, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to arrival.
We accept cash on-site in US Dollars, Euros, or Tanzanian Shillings. We also accept Visa and Mastercard at our physical locations and utilize secure DPO online payment links for deposits. Please be aware that all credit card payments and online link transactions are subject to a standard 3% processing fee.
To ensure the highest safety standards, our PADI Divemasters are required to carry dive computers on every excursion. While we strongly recommend that you bring your own device to track your personal dive profile, we do offer dive computer rentals for $10 USD per day, per person (subject to limited availability, no discounts apply). As these units are in high demand, we suggest contacting the dive center in advance via WhatsApp to confirm and reserve your rental before you arrive.
